Lok Insaaf Party MLAs Simarjit Singh Bains and his brother Balwinder Singh Bains had been charged for violating coronavirus guidelines after they took out a protest march towards a state minister in Patiala on Monday, police mentioned.

Patiala Senior Superintendent of Police Vikram Jeet Duggal mentioned a name was given by the Lok Insaaf social gathering to collect at Patiala’s PUDA floor to protest towards Sadhu Singh Dharamsot.
