The Uttar Pradesh authorities on Monday suspended two senior IPS officers Dinesh Chandra Dubey and Arvind Sen on complaints of alleged irregularities.
On the directives of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the federal government has suspended DIG (Rules and Manuals) Dinesh Chandra Dubey and DIG, PAC Agra, Arvind Sen, a house division spokesman stated.
There have been complaints towards Mr Dubey in reference to the tenders awarded for the development hostels in Rae Bareli and Sadabad; bus stands in Bareilly and Kaushambi; and a constructing for the bodily challenged in Lucknow, house division sources stated.
With regard to Arvind Sen, there have been complaints in reference to dishonest and forgery within the Animal Husbandry division, the sources stated.
