Three labour code payments have been handed by the Rajya Sabha in the present day as opposition protests over farm payments raged exterior parliament. The opposition, which boycotted each homes since yesterday, earlier wrote to Rajya Sabha chairman Venkaiah Naidu, asking that the payments not be handed “unilaterally”. “Don’t let it get passed unilaterally… will be a blot on democracy,” wrote the opposition, which has been on the warpath for the reason that Deputy Chairman of the higher home didn’t permit bodily voting for the contentious farm payments on Sunday. Both homes of parliament will adjourn indefinitely in the present day in view of the coronavirus outbreak, which has hit greater than 25 parliamentarians until now.
