A five-foot-long Indian Rock python slithered into the backseat of an auto-rickshaw in Tughlakabad space on Wednesday, triggering panic amongst individuals.
The incident occurred within the morning when the auto was parked on the roadside and there was nobody inside it, stated an official of Wildlife SOS, which caters to animal-related misery calls.
The driver seen the snake curled up underneath the CNG package of his auto rickshaw and frantically dialed the helpline variety of the wildlife NGO.
A two-member rescuer group rushed to the placement with essential rescue gear in hand. The rescuers dismantled the steel body across the cylinder to get easy accessibility to the distressed snake.
