When requested about Sushil Kumar being given exemption to remain and practice on the Chhatrasal stadium, as an alternative of the nationwide camp, Tomar stated, his case is “different”.
“We know that Chhatrasal is a huge facility. There is a gym, mats and enough training partners for Sushil. We don’t know at which Akhada Vinesh is training, what kind of facilities are there,” he stated.
“The SAI has supported these players with TOPS and many exposure trips. They should think about it.”
The ladies’s camp will start in 50kg, 53kg, 57kg, 62kg, 68kg however WFI can herald wrestlers from 76kg, one other Olympic weight class, as properly.
