Political leaders in Punjab have been accusing one another of politics over farmers’ protest. On Friday, Chief Minister Amarinder Singh attacking former Union minister, Shiromani Akali Dal’s Harsimrat Kaur Badal, over the contentious farm legal guidelines handed by the Centre not too long ago.
“Is she illiterate that she can’t read?” Mr Singh stated in an announcement, mentioning that Ms Badal, who resigned when outrage in opposition to the legal guidelines mounted, was a part of the union cupboard once they had been handed.
