Iran on Tuesday denied reviews it paid Taliban fighters to target US forces and allies in Afghanistan.
In a press release carried by Iranian media, Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh referred to as the claims “entirely false” and mentioned the US tries to disguise its “miscalculations” in Afghanistan by resorting to propaganda.
