The college scored nil in two parameters — enrolment of overseas college students and recruitment of statutory positions, the VC stated.
“Foreign students could not enrolled due to the Inner Line Permit (ILP) and Restricted Area Permit (RAP) restrictions in the state,” Kushwaha stated.
