Sant Kumar Sahni, 54, born with a partial visible impairment, has been a torchbearer of literacy in Begusarai for twenty years.

With 20 years of educating, Sahni feels that lecturers’ coaching performs essential function in strengthening training system.At the state-level, 20 lecturers have been chosen for award on Teachers’ Day.
