A delegation of Members of Parliament from Punjab met Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday to hunt the resumption of train providers to the State stopped since September as a result of agitation by farmers in protest in opposition to the three farm payments handed by Parliament within the monsoon session.

The Punjab authorities would now maintain discussions with the Railway Ministry, he informed reporters.
