President v singer in fight for Uganda youth vote

Campaigning has formally began in Uganda’s upcoming presidential elections which occur in January 2021.

Young musician Bobi Wine is taking over long-term President Yoweri Museveni. Mr Museveni is among the continent’s longest serving leaders, having led the nation for virtually 35 years.

Bobi Wine’s hopes depend on galvanising the youth vote – however what are his possibilities of profitable?
