A Delhi courtroom has dismissed an utility moved by suspended AAP Councillor Tahir Hussain, who was arrested in a case associated to rioting in north east Delhi in February, accusing police officers of abusing their energy and submitting a false and fabricated report about pending circumstances towards him.
