Most of them are both unskilled or semi-skilled labourers who had gone to the neighbouring nation to see their relations, the official mentioned.
The state authorities is contemplating the request of the Centre and figuring out the modalities, he mentioned.
“The central government must ensure that health screening of the stranded people is carried out before they board the trains,” the official added.
