The Congress on Thursday formally accepted its electoral alliance with the Left events for the meeting elections in West Bengal, social gathering’s state unit chief Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury introduced. The West Bengal PCC had earlier advisable an alliance in favour of the Left events. The Left events had additionally favoured an alliance with the Congress for the state elections.
“Today the Congress high command has formally approved the electoral alliance with the Left parties in the impending election of West Bengal,” Chowdhury stated on Twitter.
