A person has taken one hostage and was threatening to detonate an explosive machine in a enterprise centre within the Ukrainian capital Kiev on Monday, the inside ministry stated.
The man carrying a backpack entered a financial institution within the Leonardo enterprise centre in central Kiev claiming he had a bomb, deputy inside minister Anton Gerashchenko wrote on Facebook.
