An IAF plane put in on the campus of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) was proven listed on on-line web site OLX with a sale worth of over Rs 9 crore on Monday. However, college authorities have clarified that the put up on the web site is fake and is an try to defame the establishment.
“The post on OLX about the sale of aircraft installed in the campus is wrong. University has not taken any step to auction or sell it. We are looking into the matter. It”s an attempt to defame the university,” stated Mohd Wasim Ali, AMU Proctor.

The plane put in on the college in 2009 as an emblem of the Indian Air Force (IAF) was listed on OLX on the market for Rs 999,99,999 on August 3.
However, as quickly as the knowledge began spreading on social media, the put up was deleted from the web site.
