Activists of the Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) on Wednesday tried to cease the automobile of Maharashtra minister Abdul Sattar in Dhule district demanding waiving of training charges, prompting the police to cane cost them, a senior officer mentioned.
The incident occurred in afternoon close to the district collectorate when the animal husbandry minister was visiting the workplace, he mentioned.
“As the protesters tried to block the minister’s car, police cane-charged them,” the officer mentioned.
He mentioned six individuals have been detained briefly until the minister left the realm.
