Brussels:
Two teenage boys, aged 16 and 17, have been arrested in Belgium and are accused of pledging allegiance to the Islamic State (IS) group and plotting to assault law enforcement officials with knives, prosecutors mentioned.
The two have been arrested late Saturday within the jap city of Eupen, close to the border with Germany, and are being held in a detention facility for minors.
Belgium state broadcaster RTBF mentioned they’d recorded movies of themselves swearing loyalty to IS.
The IS group has claimed duty for the taking pictures assault by an Austrian-Macedonian man in Vienna on Monday which left 4 folks useless.
Belgium has already been focused by the IS extremist group, together with in March 2016 when suicide attackers killed 32 folks and wounded 340 others in blasts at Brussels airport and in a metro station within the capital.
In May 2018, a radicalised man murdered two law enforcement officials and a pupil in an assault claimed by the IS group.
