Senior BJP chief Kailash Vijayvargiya on Saturday mentioned that the Citizenship (Amendment) Act is prone to be carried out from January subsequent 12 months because the Centre and the saffron social gathering are eager to grant citizenship to the massive refugee inhabitants in West Bengal.
