The Himachal Pradesh Cabinet on Friday determined to conduct subsequent month the ultimate year or sixth-semester examinations for BA, BSc and BCom programs which have been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The choice was taken by the state cupboard assembly chaired by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Bhardwaj stated the colleges have been requested to maintain the exams in accordance with the most recent tips issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Bhardwaj stated the examination for the ultimate year or sixth semester of BA, BSc and BCom would most likely be held after August 16 and people for postgraduate programs would be held in September.
The minister stated that the choice for the examination for the primary and second year of BA, BSC and BCom would be taken afterward.
Bhardwaj stated that admission for courses 11 and 12 and first year of BA, BSc and BCom would begin from July 13 to 25.
The minister stated the outcomes of matric (class 10) and plus two (class 12) had already been declared by the state college schooling board. The college students or their dad and mom might apply on-line for the admission for these courses and the scrutiny of utility varieties would be held in August, he stated.
Bhardwaj reiterated that personal faculties of the state that are offering on-line schooling might cost tuition charges fastened final year. The personal faculties could have to present salaries to their lecturers they usually can’t expel any of the employees members, he added.
All the academic establishments in the state will stay closed until July 31, he stated, including the choice on reopening them would be taken after contemplating all of the points.
