The chief physician of a hospital within the Siberian metropolis of Omsk that briefly handled poisoned Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny has been promoted to go of the regional well being ministry, native authorities mentioned Saturday.

In a Twitter publish, Navalny mocked Murakhovsky’s appointment:
“You lie, fake test results, are ready to please the bosses in any way – you get an award and a promotion”.
He added that now the healthcare of the area is within the palms of a “lying nobody”.
On Friday, the Siberian department of the inside ministry mentioned medical doctors in Omsk confirmed Navalny’s sickness was brought on by metabolic issues and pancreatitis, ruling out poisoning.
Navalny has claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin is personally accountable for the poisoning.
The Kremlin has rejected all allegations it might have been concerned and has accused Germany of not cooperating in investigating the incident.
