The BJP has not determined whether or not it’ll announce a chief ministerial candidate for the Assam elections, state minister Himanta Biswa Sarma mentioned on Monday, accusing Congress chief Tarun Gogoi of making an issue by stating that the ruling celebration might nominate former chief justice Ranjan Gogoi for the highest job.
