Terror group Hizbul Mujahideen is making an attempt to re-establish its base in north Kashmir, the Army stated as we speak, a day after three terrorists of the outfit have been killed in an encounter with safety forces in Baramulla district.
Addressing a joint press convention with Deputy Inspector General of Police (North Kashmir Range) Muhammad Sulaiman Choudhary at Pattan, Commander 10 Sector of the Rashtriya Rifles of the Army Brigadier NK Mishra stated it was after an extended hole that terrorists belonging to the Hizbul Mujahideen have been killed in north Kashmir the place, within the current years, solely terrorists from Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammad had been neutralised.

The DIG North Kashmir Range stated the three terrorists killed on Friday in Yeddipora space of Pattan in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district have been affiliated with the Hizbul Mujahideen.
“Two of the terrorists were locals and were identified as Shafkat Ali Khan of Rawatpora, Delina and Hanan Bilal Sofi of old town Baramulla. The identity of the third one is being ascertained,” he stated.
Mr Choudhary stated two AK-47 riffles, 4 magazines, one pistol and two pistol magazines. in addition to incriminating matter, have been seized from the positioning of the encounter.
