Iran state TV says Tehran has launched detained British-Australian academic Kylie Moore Gilbert in trade for 3 Iranians held overseas.
The state TV report provided no additional particulars Wednesday past saying that the three Iranians launched in the swap had been detained for attempting to bypass sanctions.
