Kangana Ranaut took to Twitter to ship a message to Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackeray. Kangana has been concerned in a nasty confrontation with the Maharashtra authorities after she criticised the Mumbai Police and in contrast Mumbai to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
