Lebanese President Michel Aoun stated Friday that the port blast that killed greater than 150 individuals and ravaged components of Beirut was induced both by negligence or a missile assault.
It might have been “negligence or foreign interference through a missile or bomb,” the president stated in a televised interview, three days after the explosion.
