The Maharashtra Government on Saturday introduced that syllabus for Classes 1 to 12 can be decreased by 25 per cent in order to cut back the burden on college students amid the coronavirus pandemic.
School Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad stated particulars of which classes from textbooks have been omitted can be uploaded on the web site of the Maharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training (MSCERT).

Since faculties haven’t reopened bodily, the federal government needs to ease the burden on college students, so the syllabus can be decreased by 25 per cent for the educational yr 2020-21, she stated in a press release.
While faculties stay closed, the educational yr has began from June 15 and numerous different strategies of studying are being adopted, the minister stated.
