BJP National General Secretary P Muralidhar Rao on Thursday stated National Investigation Agency (NIA) might need to become involved in actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s dying case because the case is getting larger.
“Abetment of suicide, unnatural death are being investigated by Central Bureau of Investigation. Directorate of Enforcement (ED) is investigating Money laundering Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) is investigating Drug use case under NDPS Act. NIA may have to get in – may be.!! Case is getting larger – Connecting different cases – web of networks,” Mr Rao tweeted.
He stated that Indians throughout are watching “keenly”.
“Entire India and Indians all over are watching keenly – intensively and emotionally, Whoever is helping and contributing for this is not fighting for Justice for SSR but also – helping the clean Bollywood movement,” he stated.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has registered a case towards Ms Chakraborty and others in reference to Sushant Rajput’s dying case.
The NCB has registered the case beneath numerous sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985, together with Section 27 which specifies punishment for consumption of any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance and 29 which supplies for punishment in case of abetment and felony conspiracy.
The ED had on July 31 registered an Enforcement Case Information Report (ECIR) within the late actor’s dying case after a First Information Report (FIR) was filed by Sushant Rajput’s father KK Singh towards actor Rhea Chakraborty in Bihar on July 28.
On August 19, the Supreme Court had requested the probe company to research the case associated to the actor’s dying, whereas holding that the FIR registered in Patna was legit.
The company has registered an FIR towards Chakraborty and others in reference to the actor’s dying after the Centre accepted Bihar authorities’s suggestion to switch the probe within the matter from Patna.
Sushant Rajput was discovered lifeless at his residence on June 14.
