North Korea’s Supreme People’s Assembly on Wednesday launched smoking bans in some public locations to offer residents with “hygienic living environments,” state media KCNA reported on Thursday.
The tobacco-prohibition legislation goals to guard the lives and well being of North Koreans by tightening the authorized and social controls on the manufacturing and sale of cigarettes, KCNA quoted the legislature as saying.
