Actor Rhea Chakraborty and her household haven’t obtained summons from the CBI as a part of investigations into the dying of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, her lawyer mentioned this morning, including that they’ll seem earlier than the company if they’re known as.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s household has accused Ms Chakraborty, his girlfriend, of economic fraud and abetment of suicide and filed a case in opposition to her in Patna which has been upheld by the Supreme Court.
Ms Chakraborty, 28, has been questioned twice by the Enforcement Directorate, which is probing into Mr Rajput’s father’s allegations of crores being taken out of his account.

Mr Pathani reached the DRDO visitor home this morning for the third spherical of questioning. The actor’s dying left hundreds of his followers in shock and fueled large hypothesis, controversies and conspiracy theories. It additionally triggered a political storm as two states – Maharashtra and Bihar – received concerned after Mr Rajput’s household in Patna accused his pal Rhea Chakraborty of dishonest him and harassing him.
The Supreme Court final week mentioned that the CBI would take over all investigations into the Sushant Singh Rajput case, asserting that “an impartial probe is the need of the hour”.
