That’s flawed.

Climate change is already written in the french constitution, what Macron is attempting to obtain is ineffective for anyone beside him.

He wants french folks to take a stance by themselves, so he can say : “See these new taxes ? You voted for it,.”, or “See this new law allowing company to pollute as they want ? You voted for it when you decided to vote against my referendum”.

It’s all smoke display screen, that can change actually nothing for the planet.
