Secretary of State Pompeo to Urge Chinese People to Change Communist Party

WASHINGTON—Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is asking on the Chinese individuals to alter the ruling Communist Party’s course in a speech explaining the Trump administration’s full-throttled response to an assertive China.
