Student activist Gulfisha Fatima, arrested below the stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), alleged earlier than a Delhi courtroom on Monday that she was being subjected to communal slurs and psychological harassment by jail authorities.
Gulfisha Fatima, an MBA graduate, is at the moment lodged in Delhi’s Tihar Jail in a case associated to the violence in northeast Delhi in February.

I am facing mental harassment here. If I hurt myself, only jail authorities will be responsible for it,” she alleged.
After Gulfisha Fatima made her submissions on to the courtroom, the choose requested her lawyer to file an utility concerning this.
To this, her counsel Mehmood Pracha mentioned he’ll do the mandatory within the case.

It mentioned, “WhatsApp groups were used by conspirators for violence in Seelampur, Jafrabad area. There were 25 protest sites. 25 WhatsApp groups were especially created for each.
