Originally titled Kizie Aur Manny, Dil Bechara is an adaptation of John Green’s younger grownup novel The Fault In Our Stars. It tells the story of two individuals battling most cancers, Kizie Basu (performed by Sanjana) and Immanuel Rajkumar Jr (performed by Sushant) who meet at a help group and fall in love.
