Taiwan’s military fired missiles from the air and the island’s shore dealing with China on Thursday in a live-fire train to display its capability to defend against any Chinese invasion.

The drill was a part of a five-day annual train that ends Friday.
China regards Taiwan as a breakaway province that’s a part of its territory. The self-governing island of 24 million folks lies 160 kilometers (100 miles) off China’s southeast coast throughout the Taiwan Strait.
