Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Tejashwi Yadav has determined not attend the oath-taking ceremony of Bihar Chief Minister-designate Nitish Kumar of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) scheduled to be held in Patna in the present day.
