The head of the World Health Organization (WHO) mentioned on Thursday that his company was establishing a review committee to consider the efficiency of its International Health Regulations (IHR) in the course of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus made the announcement to Geneva diplomats hours forward of a press convention. “The Committee will make technical recommendations on the functioning of the IHR as well as regarding possible amendments,” he mentioned, in accordance to his remarks.
