The Centre has sanctioned Rs 2,000 crore for BharatWeb section II programme in Uttarakhand.
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat stated the digital connectivity initiative will revolutionise telecommunication and web connectivity within the state.
The initiative will make the web out there in 5,991 gram panchayats beneath 65 blocks unfold over 12 districts, Mr Rawat stated.
With the web reaching all gram panchayats by means of the initiative, a brand new period of improvement will start in Uttarakhand, the Chief Minister stated at a press convention right here on Saturday.
