India on Friday stated that Pakistan has persistently failed to handle the core points within the implementation of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) judgment within the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav.
Pakistan has failed to supply unimpeded consular entry to Kulbhushan Jadhav, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Anurag Srivastava stated throughout a digital media briefing.
“Pakistan has consistently failed to address the core issues in the implementation of the ICJ judgment in Kulbhushan Jhadav case in its letter and spirit. These issues pertain to the provision of relevant documents as well as providing unimpeded consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav,” he stated.
Earlier this month, Islamabad High Court (IHC) had fashioned a bigger bench to listen to the case of Indian nationwide Kulbhushan Jadhav, who’s going through demise sentence in Pakistan.
