“After introducing demonetisation and GST, the Modi government, in order to benefit big persons, has brought these black laws in the agriculture sector. Besides farmers, labourers working in mandis (agri markets) have hit the roads in protest,” Singh mentioned.

Demanding repeal of the legal guidelines, the Rajya Sabha MP mentioned it was a combat between the wealthy and the poor. He appealed to the PM to arrange a joint Parliamentary committee to resolve the issues of farmers and for holding discussions with the farmers’ our bodies to border a regulation which is in their curiosity.
