Expressing concern over the alleged deterioration of regulation and order in West Bengal, Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Thursday stated the state police weren’t functioning in accordance with the principles, and urged Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to search out time and work together with him on the matter.
