Union human useful resource growth minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Thursday launched an eight-week alternative academic calendar, developed by NCERT, for lessons 1 to five. The alternative calendar guides lecturers on how you can use varied technological/social media instruments to teach college students whereas they’re at residence.

The Education minister whereas tweeting about alternative academic calendar wrote, “Launched an 8-week Alternative Academic Calendar for the primary stage today. This Calendar contains detailed guidelines for teachers on the use of technology & social media tools to impart education while the students are at home.”

Per week-wise plan for the primary stage (for Classes 1 to five) has been developed by NCERT whereas retaining in view the provision of instruments with the lecturers. The week-wise plan consists of attention-grabbing actions and challenges, on the subject of the themes and chapters taken from the syllabus or textbook throughout the topic areas. Most importantly, it maps the themes with the educational outcomes.
