NCERT Alternative Academic Calendar for Primary Stages Part-II released – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ on Thursday released the Alternative Academic Calendar for Primary Stages Part-II i.e., lessons 1 to five.

The NCERT has developed an Alternative Academic Calendar for all of the levels of faculty schooling.

The calendar offers tips to academics on the use of varied technological instruments and social media instruments which can be accessible for imparting schooling to college students in enjoyable-stuffed and fascinating methods.

“This Calendar incorporates detailed tips for academics on the use of know-how & social media instruments to impart schooling whereas the scholars are at dwelling, the minister tweeted.

This calendar will cater to the necessity of all kids together with Divyang kids (Children with Special Need). The hyperlinks for audiobooks, radio programmes, video programmes have been included within the calendar.

Alternative Academic Calendar is important as a result of within the current atmosphere of stress now we have to not solely hold our kids busy but in addition to take care of continuity of their studying of their new lessons.

“This calendar includes not only generic guidelines and subject specific activities, but also detailed material on the use of different technological and social media tools as well as strategies for reducing stress and anxiety in the present time. This guideline also contains activities related to art education and health and physical education. It also includes reference of many learning resources along with textbooks,” mentioned Hrushikesh Senapaty, director, National Council of Education Research and Training.
