Thousands of college teachers of Meghalaya on Tuesday despatched postcards to Prime Minister Narendra Modi searching for his intervention in releasing their salaries underneath the Centre’s Samagra Siksha Abhiyan (SSA) Mission, that are pending for 5 months.
