He talked about the development of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, saying, “Just 10 days back, the construction of the Ram temple was started at the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya and Indians are proud.”
The President additionally paid tributes to the 20 Indian troopers who have been killed in a conflict with Chinese troops in June in japanese Ladakh.
He spoke about Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s push for self-reliance in view of the worldwide pandemic, saying, “India’s self-reliance means being self-sufficient without alienating or creating distance from the world.”
