As many as eight individuals Bihar died after being struck by lightning — three every in Sheikhpura and Jamui, and one every in Siwan and Begusarai districts, the Bihar Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) stated on Thursday.
As per an official launch, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar introduced a compensation of Rs 4 lakh every to the following of the household of the sufferer.
Mr Kumar additionally appealed individuals to observe the order of the authorities and stay of their properties.
As many as 38,47,531 individuals have been affected as a consequence of floods in Bihar and 25,116 individuals at shelter properties, the Bihar authorities stated.
While 26 groups of National Disaster Response Force/State Disaster Response Force have been deployed in affected areas, in line with the state authorities.
