The Bihar Education Department Thursday directed all college Vice-Chancellors, District Magistrates and District Education Officers to restart offline lessons for college students from Classes 9 to 12 from 4 January with 50 per cent capability in lecture rooms.
All larger academic establishments, non-public teaching centres and engineering schools have been requested to adhere to the directive.
