Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh mentioned Tuesday the Punjabi perspective of ”koyi gal nahin” was inflicting individuals to delay their COVID-19 testing till it turned inevitable, warning them it may show detrimental in some circumstances.
Mr Singh blamed the perspective for the higher-than-Haryana mortality charge in Punjab.
