Actor Rhea Chakraborty’s advocate on Monday refuted Bihar Polices declare that she was “missing”, and mentioned until date she has not acquired any summons from them in reference to the case of actor-friend Sushant Singh Rajput’s loss of life.

However, her advocate Satish Maneshinde in a press release mentioned, “The contention of Bihar police that Rhea Chakraborty is missing is not correct. Till today, no notice or summons has been received by her from the Bihar police.”
Ms Chakraborty’s assertion has already been recorded by the Mumbai Police, Mr Maneshinde mentioned.
“She has cooperated with the police as and when known as, the assertion mentioned.
Mr Maneshinde within the assertion reiterated that the Bihar Police don’t have jurisdiction to probe the case and therefore, Rhea Chakraborty has filed a petition within the Supreme Court in search of switch of the case to Mumbai.
Sushant Singh Rajput, 34, was discovered hanging at his condominium on June 14.
Till now, the Mumbai Police have recorded statements of 56 individuals, together with Mr Rajput’s sisters, Rhea Chakraborty and another movie personalities.
