Schools for college kids of Class 10 and 12 in Bihar will reopen from January 4, mentioned a notification issued by the state Education Ministry on Friday.
Chief Secretary Deepak Kumar confirmed the event.
As per the notification, the state training division will distribute free masks to each college students and colleges have been directed to comply with all the rules pertaining to the pandemic and catastrophe administration regulation together with social distancing tips.
Apart from the faculties, the training division has additionally allowed reopening of teaching institutes too.
The training division will observe the proceedings of faculties for 15 days and based mostly on that the division will resolve about reopening colleges for junior courses.
Appreciating the choice of the Bihar authorities, former state Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi tweeted, “We are thankful to Chief Minster Nitish Kumar and Education Minister Ashok Chaudhary for taking such a crucial decision.”
